Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping (3–7 business days): calculated at checkout

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at madamartius137@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
